类器官是在体外由成体干细胞(ASCs)或多能干细胞(PSCs)制备的微型器官。它们通过干细胞的自组织、自我更新和分化能力形成三维(3D)组织样结构。与传统的二维(2D)培养细胞或球体相比,类器官在解剖学上和功能上接近活体器官;由患者肿瘤组织衍生的肿瘤类器官可以保持天然肿瘤组织的遗传异质性,并对个体患者的药物反应具有预测价值。因此类器官越来越多地作为一种有效的模型被广泛应用于药物筛选、药效评估以及发育机制的研究。

Mouse intestinal organoids were cultured with EGF (Cat#C029), Wnt3a (Cat#C22R), Noggin (Cat#C028) and R-spondin 1 (Cat#CX83). After five days of culture, the organoids showed good morphology and germination rate.
